Grown at 1500 to 2200 metres from indigenous heirloom Arabica and dried whole in the cherry, this natural process coffee is produced by smallholder farmers through the Oromia Coffee Farmers' Cooperative Union.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eRoasted for espresso, it brings blueberry sweetness up front, rich dark chocolate through the middle, and warm cardamom spice on the finish. Full bodied and fruit forward, it pulls a sweet, syrupy shot and holds up well with milk.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eBest as espresso or moka pot, and just as good in pour over or drip.
