Djimmah Nyala is a bold and flavorful Ethiopian coffee made from 100% Arabica beans. Sourced from the Djimmah region this Grade 4 coffee is naturally processed and known for its rich body creamy mouthfeel and deep fruit complexity.

In the cup you’ll find notes of red fruit plum blueberry cocoa and toasted nuts. It offers a balanced structure with gentle acidity and a smooth finish making it a great choice for espresso or strong brews that highlight depth and richness.

Nous torréfions des lots frais chaque samedi pour garantir une saveur et une qualité optimales. Après la torréfaction, nous laissons le café dégazer pendant deux jours avant l'expédition.

Commandes avec stock disponible : expédiées le jour ouvrable suivant (hors dimanches et lundis).

Commandes nécessitant une torréfaction fraîche : Si votre café n'est pas en stock, il sera inclus dans notre prochaine torréfaction du samedi et expédié le mardi après dégazage.

Tout le café est expédié dans les cinq jours suivant sa date de torréfaction pour une fraîcheur optimale.
