Why Coffee Roast Lab Exists
Coffee Roast Lab started from a simple frustration: too much coffee sold online and in stores sits too long before it reaches the customer. We wanted to build a better way to buy fresh roasted coffee in Canada.
What began as a small experiment grew into Coffee Roast Lab. We kept learning, testing roast profiles, and paying closer attention to the difference freshness makes in the cup. The goal was never to make coffee feel complicated. It was to make better coffee easier to enjoy at home, at work, and in service.
