Malabar Mist is a bold and smooth single origin coffee made from 100% Arabica beans exposed to the unique monsooning process along the Malabar Coast of India. This traditional method mellows acidity and deepens the body creating a truly distinct cup.

Expect warm earthy notes of hazelnut cocoa and tobacco with a full body and a clean sweet finish. The low acidity and rich profile make it ideal for espresso or French press delivering a grounded and satisfying experience.

We roast fresh batches every Saturday to ensure peak flavor and quality. After roasting, we allow the coffee to degas for two days before shipping.

Orders with Available Inventory: Shipped the next business day (excluding Sundays and Mondays).

Orders Requiring Fresh Roast: If your coffee is not in stock, it will be included in our next Saturday roast and shipped on Tuesday after degassing.

All coffee shipped is within five days of its roast date for optimal freshness.
