Espresso Roast

Bold and intense with a heavy body and low acidity. Roasted specifically for espresso, India Robusta delivers strong dark cocoa flavours, earthy depth, and a pronounced bitterness that gives the cup weight and power.

This roast produces thick crema and a long, lingering finish, making it ideal for espresso, moka pot, and milk-based drinks where strength and structure are preferred.

Roasting Schedule

We roast fresh batches every Saturday to ensure peak flavor and quality. After roasting, we allow the coffee to degas for two days before shipping.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders with Available Inventory: Shipped the next business day (excluding Sundays and Mondays).

Orders Requiring Fresh Roast: If your coffee is not in stock, it will be included in our next Saturday roast and shipped on Tuesday after degassing.

All coffee shipped is within five days of its roast date for optimal freshness.

We roast every Saturday and ship Canada-wide, with most orders arriving in 2–5 business days.

At this time, we do not offer local pickup from our facility. All orders are shipped directly to customers to ensure smooth fulfillment and consistent delivery times.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by location.

However, we have paused all USA coffee shipments. due to recent U.S. import regulations.

How should I store freshly roasted coffee?

Store your coffee beans in a sealed bag or airtight container at room temperature. Keeping freshly roasted coffee away from moisture, light, and heat preserves flavour and aroma.

Do you offer whole bean and ground coffee?

Yes. Every product can be ordered as whole bean or ground for espresso, drip, pour-over, French press, and more.
