Sourced from the highlands of Chiapas, Mexico, Sierra Noir is grown at Finca Custepec, a Rainforest Alliance Certified farm known for its sustainable practices and high-quality beans. This High Grown, European Prep (HG EP) coffee reflects the rich terroir of the Sierra Madre region.
Roasted to highlight its bold character, Sierra Noir offers a smooth body with balanced acidity, layered flavors of cocoa, roasted nuts, and subtle spice, and a lingering finish that makes it ideal for both drip coffee and espresso.

Roasting Days
Roasting Days
We roast fresh batches every Saturday to ensure peak flavor and quality. After roasting, we allow the coffee to degas for two days before shipping.

Orders with Available Inventory: Shipped the next business day (excluding Sundays and Mondays).
Orders Requiring Fresh Roast: If your coffee is not in stock, it will be included in our next Saturday roast and shipped on Tuesday after degassing.
All coffee shipped is within five days of its roast date for optimal freshness.
