What This Coffee Tastes Like

Peruvian Sol Decaf is a single origin decaffeinated coffee from northern Peru, sourced from the Cajamarca and Amazonas regions. It retains the balance and sweetness Peru is known for while offering a caffeine-free option.

Decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, this coffee preserves flavour integrity without chemical solvents, delivering a clean, composed cup suitable for any time of day.

Roast Profile

Medium Roast

Smooth and balanced with a medium body and gentle acidity. The medium roast highlights cocoa sweetness, soft red plum notes, and brown sugar warmth, creating a calm and approachable cup.

Well suited for filter brewing and espresso, this roast delivers flavour clarity without intensity, making it ideal for everyday decaf drinking.

Dark Roast

Richer and more developed with reduced acidity and a fuller body. The dark roast emphasises dark chocolate depth, dried fruit sweetness, and caramelised notes.

Best suited for espresso and milk-based drinks, this roast offers warmth and structure while remaining smooth and easy-drinking for a decaffeinated coffee.

Roasting Schedule

We roast fresh batches every Saturday to ensure peak flavor and quality. After roasting, we allow the coffee to degas for two days before shipping.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders with Available Inventory: Shipped the next business day (excluding Sundays and Mondays).

Orders Requiring Fresh Roast: If your coffee is not in stock, it will be included in our next Saturday roast and shipped on Tuesday after degassing.

All coffee shipped is within five days of its roast date for optimal freshness.
