Peruvian Sol Decaf is a clean smooth coffee made from 100 percent Arabica beans grown at high elevation in Peru. This coffee is Organic, Fair Trade certified, and decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process — a chemical-free method that preserves natural flavor and aroma.

The result is a balanced cup with gentle acidity, soft sweetness, and a medium body. You’ll find tasting notes of milk chocolate, dried fruit, and a hint of caramel with a clean mellow finish.

We roast fresh batches every Saturday to ensure peak flavor and quality. After roasting, we allow the coffee to degas for two days before shipping.

Orders with Available Inventory: Shipped the next business day (excluding Sundays and Mondays).

Orders Requiring Fresh Roast: If your coffee is not in stock, it will be included in our next Saturday roast and shipped on Tuesday after degassing.

All coffee shipped is within five days of its roast date for optimal freshness.
