India Robusta is a single origin Robusta coffee grown in southern India, where shaded cultivation and humid growing conditions contribute to its bold character and high caffeine content.
Known for its strength and full-bodied profile, this coffee offers a direct, uncompromising cup designed for espresso-focused brewing and those who prefer intensity over brightness.

Espresso Roast
Bold and intense with a heavy body and low acidity. Roasted specifically for espresso, India Robusta delivers strong dark cocoa flavours, earthy depth, and a pronounced bitterness that gives the cup weight and power.
This roast produces thick crema and a long, lingering finish, making it ideal for espresso, moka pot, and milk-based drinks where strength and structure are preferred.
Roasting Schedule
We roast fresh batches every Saturday to ensure peak flavor and quality. After roasting, we allow the coffee to degas for two days before shipping.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders with Available Inventory: Shipped the next business day (excluding Sundays and Mondays).
Orders Requiring Fresh Roast: If your coffee is not in stock, it will be included in our next Saturday roast and shipped on Tuesday after degassing.
All coffee shipped is within five days of its roast date for optimal freshness.
For espresso, start with a tighter 1:1.5 to 1:1.8 brew ratio and a shorter 24–28 second extraction. This helps control bitterness while producing dense crema and a heavier body.

"I made my own espresso blend. 70% Aribica 30% Robusta. I have an automatic machine. An automatic machine has its limitations. That's why I needed a top quality Robusta. With my 30% Robusta ratio, have was Indian, half was from Uganda. I truly loved the beans I ordered from Cofee Roast Lab. I will be making my next order soon! Supermarket cofee wasnt able to get the best out of my espresso machine. I needed some great beans. Thank you, I truly appreciate having awesome cofee at home."
