Colombian Dulzura Decaf comes from the Tolima region of Colombia, an area known for its mountainous terrain, fertile soils, and consistently high-quality coffee production. Grown at elevations between 1,500 and 1,800 metres, coffees from this region develop balanced sweetness, clean structure, and smooth body.
The coffee is fully washed, enhancing clarity and definition in the cup, and then naturally decaffeinated using the Ethyl Acetate (EA) process derived from sugarcane. This method gently removes caffeine while preserving the coffee’s natural flavour profile, resulting in a smooth, well-rounded decaf with classic Colombian character.
