Colombian Dulzura Decaf is a smooth, naturally decaffeinated coffee that preserves flavour, body, and sweetness without compromising cup quality.

Grown in Colombia’s Tolima region and washed processed, this coffee offers a clean structure with classic Colombian balance. Decaffeinated using the Ethyl Acetate (EA) method, derived from natural sugarcane, it removes caffeine while maintaining the coffee’s original character.

This is a refined decaf option for those who want full flavour, gentle sweetness, and a dependable daily cup without the caffeine.

Roast Profile

Medium Roast

The medium roast highlights balance and sweetness, with smooth chocolate tones, soft toffee notes, and a gentle nutty finish. Clean, rounded, and easy drinking without sharp acidity.

Dark Roast

The dark roast deepens the profile, bringing richer chocolate, caramelised sugars, and a fuller body. Smooth and comforting with a long, mellow finish, ideal for espresso or milk-based drinks.

Roasting Schedule

We roast fresh batches every Saturday to ensure peak flavor and quality. After roasting, we allow the coffee to degas for two days before shipping.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders with Available Inventory: Shipped the next business day (excluding Sundays and Mondays).

Orders Requiring Fresh Roast: If your coffee is not in stock, it will be included in our next Saturday roast and shipped on Tuesday after degassing.

All coffee shipped is within five days of its roast date for optimal freshness.

Colombian Dulzura Decaf comes from the Tolima region of Colombia, an area known for its mountainous terrain, fertile soils, and consistently high-quality coffee production. Grown at elevations between 1,500 and 1,800 metres, coffees from this region develop balanced sweetness, clean structure, and smooth body. The coffee is fully washed, enhancing clarity and definition in the cup, and then naturally decaffeinated using the Ethyl Acetate (EA) process derived from sugarcane. This method gently removes caffeine while preserving the coffee’s natural flavour profile, resulting in a smooth, well-rounded decaf with classic Colombian character.
