How is your decaf made?

Using the Swiss Water Process or a natural sugarcane (EA) method, both of which remove caffeine while preserving flavour, leaving only trace amounts.

Does decaf taste different from regular coffee?

Good decaf keeps most of the original flavour. Ours stays smooth, balanced, and low in acidity with chocolate and caramel notes.

Is decaf completely caffeine-free?

No decaf is fully caffeine-free; ours contains only trace amounts, low enough for evening drinking.

Can I get decaf as espresso or ground?

Yes. Decafs are available whole bean or ground, and several work well as espresso.
