How should I grind my coffee for my brew method?
Choose your grind at checkout, or select whole bean and grind at home. As a guide: fine for espresso, medium for pour over and drip, and coarse for French press.
How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
We roast weekly in small batches in Ottawa, and your order ships within 3 business days of being placed, so your coffee reaches you soon after its roast for peak flavour.
Should I choose whole bean or ground?
Every coffee is available as whole bean or ground to your brew method. Whole bean stays fresher longer; ground is ready to brew right away.
How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?
Keep it in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture. Avoid the fridge, and use it within a few weeks of opening for the best flavour.
Can I subscribe and save?
Yes. Choose a subscription at checkout to get fresh coffee delivered on your schedule. You can adjust or cancel anytime per our subscription policy.
Where do you ship, and how much is shipping?
We ship across Canada and to many countries worldwide. Free Standard shipping applies to Canadian orders, starting at $70 in Ontario and Quebec and rising by region up to $85 in the North. Standard rates within Canada start at $6.49. International customers cover shipping and any customs or duties, all shown at checkout.
