"Smooth, balanced, and roasted for a consistently satisfying cup."
What This Coffee Tastes Like
Kilimanjaro Pearl is a washed Tanzanian single origin peaberry coffee grown in the Kilimanjaro region of northern Tanzania. Peaberry beans form when a single seed develops inside the coffee cherry, often producing a more concentrated and expressive cup.
This coffee combines brightness and structure, offering a refined profile with balanced acidity and layered flavour, making it well suited to those who enjoy distinctive East African coffees with clarity and presence.
Roast Profile
Dark Roast
Bold and rounded with a medium to full body and moderated acidity. The dark roast deepens the peaberry’s natural intensity, bringing forward citrus brightness softened by berry sweetness and subtle floral undertones.
This roast offers a structured, expressive cup with a smooth finish, performing well as espresso and delivering depth without heavy bitterness.
Roasting Schedule
We roast fresh batches every Saturday to ensure peak flavor and quality. After roasting, we allow the coffee to degas for two days before shipping.
