Rainforest Whisper is a single origin coffee from Papua New Guinea, offering a rich yet refined profile across both medium and dark roasts. Grown in the highlands and washed for clarity, this coffee delivers depth without heaviness, making it an excellent choice for those who enjoy structured, balanced cups with natural sweetness and gentle complexity.

Roast Profile

Medium Roast

This medium roast highlights balance and clarity, keeping the cup smooth and approachable. Cocoa sweetness leads, followed by soft red grape acidity and a brown sugar finish. Clean, rounded, and versatile across brew methods.

Dark Roast

Roasted deeper to emphasise body and depth. Expect bold dark chocolate upfront, layered with molasses sweetness and a dry cedar note on the finish. Full-bodied, low acidity, and well suited to espresso and French press.

Roasting Schedule

We roast fresh batches every Saturday to ensure peak flavor and quality. After roasting, we allow the coffee to degas for two days before shipping.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders with Available Inventory: Shipped the next business day (excluding Sundays and Mondays).

Orders Requiring Fresh Roast: If your coffee is not in stock, it will be included in our next Saturday roast and shipped on Tuesday after degassing.

All coffee shipped is within five days of its roast date for optimal freshness.
