What This Coffee Tastes Like

Costa Rica Brisa is a washed single origin coffee from the Tarrazú region, grown at mid to high elevations where volcanic soils and stable growing conditions support clean, well-structured coffees.

Known for balance and clarity, this coffee delivers a refined cup with bright acidity, smooth sweetness, and a versatile profile that works comfortably across both filter brewing and espresso.

Roast Profile

Medium Roast

Bright and clean with lively acidity and a smooth medium body. The medium roast highlights fresh citrus flavours with notes of orange, honey, and lemon zest, creating a crisp and refreshing cup that remains balanced and elegant.

Well suited for filter brewing and espresso, this roast is ideal for those who enjoy clarity, brightness, and a vibrant profile without harshness.

Dark Roast

Richer and fuller with softened acidity and a heavier mouthfeel. The dark roast brings forward deeper sweetness, with notes of dark chocolate, caramel, and roasted cashew.

Smooth and comforting, this roast performs especially well for espresso and milk-based drinks, offering bold flavour and structure without excessive bitterness.

Roasting Schedule

We roast fresh batches every Saturday to ensure peak flavor and quality. After roasting, we allow the coffee to degas for two days before shipping.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders with Available Inventory: Shipped the next business day (excluding Sundays and Mondays).

Orders Requiring Fresh Roast: If your coffee is not in stock, it will be included in our next Saturday roast and shipped on Tuesday after degassing.

All coffee shipped is within five days of its roast date for optimal freshness.
