Peruvian Sol is a smooth and balanced single origin coffee made from 100% Arabica beans grown in the highlands of Peru. This coffee delivers a clean cup with a gentle fruit-forward character and mellow sweetness.

Expect tasting notes of hazelnut, cocoa, and caramel layered with mild citrus acidity and a smooth finish. It’s a versatile and approachable roast that performs beautifully as a drip, French press, or pour over.

We roast fresh batches every Saturday to ensure peak flavor and quality. After roasting, we allow the coffee to degas for two days before shipping.

Orders with Available Inventory: Shipped the next business day (excluding Sundays and Mondays).

Orders Requiring Fresh Roast: If your coffee is not in stock, it will be included in our next Saturday roast and shipped on Tuesday after degassing.

All coffee shipped is within five days of its roast date for optimal freshness.
