Harvest Blend brings together Papua New Guinea highland coffee at two roast levels with a Tanzanian Kilimanjaro peaberry. The medium roast keeps the cup sweet and clean, the dark roast adds depth and body, and the peaberry lifts it with a touch of berry brightness.
Expect dark chocolate and molasses up front, a soft berry note in the middle, and a smooth, rounded finish. Full bodied with low acidity, it is easy to enjoy black and holds up well with milk.
Best in a drip machine, pour over, French press, or moka pot. Roasted weekly in small batches, and orders ship within 3 business days of being placed.
How to brew it
Use a 1 to 16 ratio for drip or pour over. For French press, a 4 minute steep brings out the molasses sweetness and full body.

Coffee questions
Questions, answered
The things people ask us most.
How should I grind my coffee for my brew method?
Pick your grind above, or choose whole bean and grind at home. As a guide: fine for espresso, medium for pour over and drip, and coarse for French press.
How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
We roast weekly in small batches in Ottawa, and your order ships within 3 business days of being placed, so your coffee reaches you soon after its roast for peak flavour.
Should I choose whole bean or ground?
Every coffee is available as whole bean or ground to your brew method. Whole bean stays fresher longer; ground is ready to brew right away.
How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?
Keep it in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture. Avoid the fridge, and use it within a few weeks of opening for the best flavour.
